Will having Children soon be over?

by Dr.Harald Wiesendanger– Klartext

An influential “Think Tank” from the United Nations and the World Economic Forum calls for the birth rate worldwide to fall by around 80 percent by the year 2100. No problem: humanity is becoming infertile anyway. Soon, only the rich would be able to afford to reproduce.

When the Club of Rome, an interdisciplinary group of experts from more than 30 countries, showed humanity “The Limits to Growth” using computer models in 1972, it sent a shock wave around the planet. In the near future, he predicted, the Earth system will collapse if we continue to consume its finite resources unchecked.

Half a century later, that bleak future appears to be here. At least that’s how it seems to be “Earth4All”, an influential think tank that emerged from the Club of Rome and is based in Winterthur, Switzerland, developing high-priced concepts for a better, sustainable future for the Davos World Economic Forum and the United Nations. “Many people were shocked by (the Club of Rome) conclusion that exceeding the planet’s boundaries could lead to collapse,” the thought leaders explain. “Over the past 50 years, the world has followed the report’s worst-case scenario, and we now see deep cracks in the Earth system and societies.”

To counteract five to twelve, Earth4All is promoting nothing less than a Giant Leap. Instead of aiming for further economic growth in order to ensure enough work, income, and food for a growing world population, “degrowth” must take place quickly: In order to conserve resources, it could be appropriate for “people in rich countries to change their diet “living in smaller houses, driving and traveling less,” using less energy. (Earth4All leaves it unmentioned whether these restrictions also apply to leaders at the UN, the World Economic Forum, and their sponsors.) “The next decade must see the fastest economic change in history if we want to save humanity from social and ecological catastrophe. It is time to modernize our economic system.” (1)

Among other things, this would require a drastic population reduction. Earth4All proposes measures to reduce the number of births by 81% over the next 70 years, from 130 to 24 million per year – a five-fold decline.

How would that be achieved? To the disappointment of overly suspicious “conspiracy ideologists,” Earth4All sees the solution neither in vaccines nor toxic chemicals, neither in 5G nor in euthanasia for the very old and other useless eaters. Instead, the plan aims to eliminate the most important reasons for having children. Poorer people produce plenty of offspring so that they can help in family businesses and secure their own old age – so there must be a massive transfer of wealth from rich to developing countries. Women everywhere should be “empowered” to set more desirable life goals than motherhood.

Humanity will become infertile.

Apparently, the word hasn’t gotten around to Winterthur yet: the specter could soon dissipate on its own, with an exemplary approach to resource conservation, without any action plan. While doom-mongering reset preachers continue to warn of the terrible consequences of overpopulation, an opposite, no less fatal trend is becoming increasingly noticeable: humanity is in the process of shrinking. Soon, global population growth will plateau and then decline. In “developed regions”, which include Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, the UN expects a drastic decline from around 2025. Worldwide, one in six couples of reproductive age is already affected by fertility problems; in Germany, one in ten couples, and in the USA as well. Even in healthy couples under the age of 30, 40 to 60% fail to conceive within the first quarter of the year after unprotected sex begins.

Birth rates worldwide have already reached a record low. Between 1960 and 2018, the number of children born fell by 50%.

The unprecedented decline affects both genders equally, most pronounced in wealthy countries. In men, the amount of sperm has been statistically declining for decades. As the epidemiologist Dr. Shanna Swan of the Mount Sinai Health System – a hospital network in New York – noted, the number in 2011 was an average of 47 million per milliliter, less than half of what it was in 1973 – when it was 99 million/ml. If the curve continues to fall at the current rate, it would be at zero in 2045.

The US epidemiologist Dr. Shanna Swan (photo) illustrates two excellent educational videos: “A Global Fertility Crisis” and “Endocrine Disruptors – Common Chemicals That Severely Alter Your Hormones.”

Swan’s shocking finding is shared by Hagai Levine, professor of epidemiology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. According to his study published in spring 2023, sperm counts fell by an average of 1.2% per year between 1973 and 2018. The decline has accelerated: since 2000, it has been 2.64% per year. “We are facing a public health crisis, and we don’t know whether it is reversible,” Levine explained in a March 2023 interview with BBC News.

In 40% of unwanted childless couples, the reasons lie solely with the woman. (In another 20%, both partners contribute equally to the problem.) The most common cause is hormonal disorders.

Soon, couples who want to have children will have no choice but to say goodbye to their heart’s desire and settle for a pet – or get medical help with reproduction. The online news magazine Salon comments: “If our average sperm count is less than 15 million per milliliter, only those people who can afford expensive medical technologies such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) will be able to reproduce .” (Levine sets the threshold for the necessary sperm count at 40 million per milliliter.) Could conception, pregnancy, and birth be limited to a relatively short, quite unhygienic early phase of human reproductive history, which was still too technologically underdeveloped to do the essentials outside of it? Of the body? At least transhumanists would have no problem with such prospects.

From EDCs to PFAS: chemicals make you sterile.

Anyone who takes note of the current state of research knows what factors have brought about the crisis and are continuing to escalate. The main culprits include endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) such as phthalates and bisphenols, which are found in plastics, personal care products, cosmetics, and processed and packaged foods. They directly impair the function of our steroid hormones, the messenger substances that transmit information between tissues; the most important are testosterone and estrogen, the male and female sex hormones, respectively.

Many EDCs imitate and replace these natural hormones- unfortunately, nothing but complete. On the one hand, they push their way to their receptors (from the Latin recipere = to absorb): proteins or protein complexes to which certain signaling molecules can dock in order to set processes in motion inside the cell. EDCs bind to androgen or estrogen receptors, acting in the same or opposite directions. This increases or decreases the expression of sex-specific genes: the way in which a gene appears to form the biological structures and functions that are involved in reproduction.

P450 enzymes in the liver, which metabolize steroid hormones, can also be affected.

In addition, EDCs manipulate the enzymes involved – including the cytochromes P450 in the liver, which metabolize steroid hormones. EDCs also inhibit 5-α-reductase activity; it is the most important enzyme in the production of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the most biologically active form of the male sex hormone testosterone. Thus, 5-α-reductase regulates masculinization of the external genitalia and prostate.

As Dr. Shanna Swan points out, several problems arise when there is a lack of testosterone while a male fetus is developing. His genitals cannot develop properly. As he gets older, he may not have enough sperm to be fertile. There is also an increased risk of cancer. The evidence for all of these adverse effects has long been overwhelming. “Several studies worldwide have found a decline in testosterone,” notes Shanna Swan. “We’re seeing an increase in erectile dysfunction. We’re seeing an increase in rates of genital abnormalities. We’re seeing an increase in testicular cancer rates.”

That’s not all: EDCs can fragment the DNA in sperm, which can contribute to early miscarriages.

Of course, women are also affected: When exposed to high levels of EDC, their ovaries no longer produce enough eggs at an unusually early stage to become pregnant.

Another class of chemical offenders are per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS). They are found in grease and dirt-repellent products such as food packaging, clothing, cosmetics, and household items such as cookware. Quite aptly, they are colloquially referred to as “eternal chemicals”: extremely stable, they are virtually impossible to degrade. That’s why they not only permanently pollute water and soil – they also accumulate in our bodies through food and contact with consumer products. A study published in 2022 found “a statistically significant association between exposure to a mixture of PFAS in early pregnancy and lower sperm concentration and total sperm count, as well as higher proportions of non-reproductive and immotile sperm” in male offspring.

PFAS have also been shown to disrupt reproductive hormones. They delay the onset of puberty. In women, they increase the risk of endometriosis: Tissue parts of the uterine lining then grow outside the uterus. They can block the fallopian tubes and ovaries to such an extent that ovulation is prevented.

In addition, PFAS promotes polycystic ovary syndrome, which is the most common hormonal disorder in women of childbearing age (5 to 10%). Because it impairs the maturation of eggs, regular ovulation does not occur, which makes it more difficult to get pregnant.

So-called “plant protection products” also play a role. Organophosphates and N-methyl carbamates, two common classes of insecticides, reduce sperm counts; the journal Environmental Health Perspectives summarized findings from 20 studies involving a total of 1,774 adult men in November 2023. Pesticides are also associated with reduced fertility in women, ovarian disorders, stillbirths, premature births, and developmental abnormalities.

Electrosmog is also suspected.

Exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) could also contribute to the observed decline in male sperm count. Martin L. Pall, a professor of biochemistry and basic medical sciences at Washington State University, discovered a previously unknown mechanism by which the microwaves emitted by cell phones and other wireless technologies can cause biological damage: They activate voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) located in the Cell membranes are embedded. When this happens, around a million calcium ions per second are released within the cell. This massive excess of calcium causes nitric oxide (NO) to form – in the cell as well as in the mitochondria. Together with superoxide, NO turns into superoxide. This highly reactive compound not only wreaks oxidative havoc but also creates hydroxyl free radicals; these destroy mitochondrial and nuclear DNA, their membranes, and proteins. This leads to dysfunctions that affect the quantity and function of the sperm, especially their motility. As a 2013 panel of experts on child health noted, “the testicular barrier, which protects sperm, is the most sensitive tissue in the body” and is, therefore, particularly vulnerable to cell phone radiation. The more frequent exposure occurs, the longer it lasts; the stronger the EMF, the worse the effect.

Anyone who continues to deny that radiation from smartphones, tablets, WiFi routers, etc., is harmful to our health has no idea about the current state of research – or is probably on the mobile phone lobby’s fee list. 130 studies and 13 reviews demonstrate effects on the concentration, vitality, shape, and motility of sperm. The environmental and consumer protection organization diagnosed that Funk has taken the trouble to compile a large part of them in a database. Even the Technology Impact Committee of the EU Parliament now sees the connection as proven – you can read about it in its research overview “Health Impact of 5G”. This was recently confirmed by a complex meta-analysis by scientists at the elite Pusan University in South Korea. Political consequences from this would be overdue.

Will vaccination bring about the emergency?

Vaccines could increase infertility trends. Concerned doctors and scientists pointed out early on that this very danger posed by the Covid injections: The vaccine could contain syncytin – a protein that plays a crucial role in the development of the placenta – and reproductive genes in sperm, eggs, and placenta react in a way that hinders reproduction.

A study published in the journal Andrology (2) has now confirmed how justified the warning was: Pfizer’s mRNA injection impairs the concentration and motility of sperm for around three months. Women of all ages reported menstrual changes following vaccination, which could affect fertility; In Great Britain alone, over 30,000 such reports have been documented. The more often women were pricked, the more often they suffered from fertility problems.

There have been increasing reports of deaths in newborns and breastfed babies (3). Austrian midwives reported an increase in complications during pregnancy and delivery after a Covid vaccination.

Around the globe, birth rates fell after the start of the Covid vaccination campaign – more pronounced than at any time in the past hundred years. Data from 19 European countries show an average decline of 7% for the first half of 2022: that is 110,059 fewer births than the average for the years 2019 to 2021. In five countries, the rate was over 10%.

In Germany, the birth rate fell by 10% in the first quarter of 2022 (4) and by 12.2% by the end of the year. In Switzerland, it was 15% lower than expected between January and April 2022, in Great Britain by 10%, and in Taiwan by 23%. In the Netherlands, it fell by 11%, in Sweden by 14%, in New Zealand and Australia by around 15%, in Hungary by 22% and in Taiwan by 28%. (5)

Most US states also saw a decline in live births. For North Dakota, for example, statistics show a decrease of 10% in February 2022, 13% in March, and 11% in April compared to the corresponding months last year.

In the five countries with the highest Covid vaccination rates, the average birth rate fell by 15.2%. On the other hand, in the five countries with the lowest proportion of vaccinated people, it only fell by an average of 4.66%.

Infertility as a vaccine injury: Is this, of course, a completely unintentional side effect that everyone regrets? The shocking documentary “Infertility: A Diabolic Agenda” casts doubt on this. As he revealed in 2022, the World Health Organization has been working on infertility vaccines since the 1970s. In the mid-1990s, it emerged that UNICEF was using a tetanus vaccine in Africa that was laced with “human chorionic gonadotropin,” or hCG for short. The release of this hormone sends the first signal of pregnancy to a woman’s body. It responds by the ovaries, producing progesterone, which sustains the pregnancy until term. Combined with tetanus toxin, this hCG was attacked and destroyed by the immune system of the “jabbed.” This led to the mass sterilization of African women – without their knowledge or consent. (6) A brave doctor from Kenya, Dr. Stephen Karanja, desperately sounded the alarm at the time: “When they are done with Africa, it will be you and your children.”

Will soon only rich people reproduce?

The fertility business is booming. By 2030, it is expected to reach a market volume of around $48 billion, with enormous further growth potential. Because reproductive medicine is sinfully expensive – the more timid health authorities are in tackling the causes, the more their providers benefit. A single cycle of in vitro fertilization (IVF), in which individual eggs are combined with prepared sperm in a test tube, can cost 2,000 to 3,000 euros but also between 15,000 and 30,000 euros. And because the chance of getting pregnant is only 29% after the first cycle and only increases to 43% with the sixth cycle, the amounts can be dizzying.

In Germany, health insurance companies step in, but only under certain conditions and usually only on a pro-rata basis. Only married people can hope for this; Both spouses must be at least 25 years old, but the woman must be no more than 40 and the man no more than 50. In general, the statutory spouses then contribute half of the treatment and medication costs for a total of eight cycles of insemination without prior hormonal stimulation plus three cycles of insemination with hormonal stimulation plus three cycles of IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in which a single sperm is injected directly into the cytoplasm of an egg using a micropipette. Private health insurance companies operate according to the “polluter pays principle.” For example, if the husband is sterile, they pay for the entire treatment, even if the wife is legally insured.

Elsewhere, those affected have to pay out of their own pockets. The majority are overwhelmed by this. And there are more and more. “Our species is facing a future in which only the rich will be able to reproduce,” Salon fears. Who else will be able to afford expensive reproductive technology? Two new social classes could emerge: a few wealthy procreators would be confronted by a mass of financially poor sterile people – with enormous potential for conflict. To prepare for such a future, increasingly sophisticated social control technologies are needed.
