Are you allowing your child to be poisoned?

by Dr.Harald Wiesendanger– Klartext

Anyone who has their child vaccinated consents to having a variety of questionable substances injected into their body. What would you get from a poison control center if you described the substances that were entering your body? A doctor put it to the test – and received telling information.

How many mothers and fathers ever question what their child is being injected with when they get vaccinated? Beyond the antigen, which is supposed to trigger a protective immune response, the syringes contain a dozen or so strange substances: from adjuvants (“drug enhancers”) such as aluminum salts and MF59 to excipients intended to ensure shelf life or stability – e.g., preservatives such as thimerosal and formaldehyde – solvents, stabilizers such as gelatin, buffers, emulsifiers, and, more recently, lipid nanoparticles in mRNA vaccines – to contaminants and residues from the manufacturing process, e.g., egg protein and antibiotics.

What are the health effects of these components – short-term and long-term? Not only the vast majority of parents but also a large number of the doctors who administer the shots have no idea about this.

But at least one Dr. David Cartland, an English general practitioner from Pentance, a small port town in Cornwall, was curious. He first compiled a list of all the vaccine ingredients. Then he called the National Poisons Information Service (NPIS), England’s poison control center:

“After introducing myself and asking to speak to someone knowledgeable, the following conversation ensued:

Me: My question to you is: How are these ingredients categorized? Benign or toxic? (I checked a few ingredients: formaldehyde, Tween 80, mercury, aluminum, phenoxyethanol, potassium phosphate, sodium phosphate, sorbitol, etc.)

Him: Well, that’s quite a list… But I would simply say they are all toxic to humans… They are used in fertilizers… pesticides… to stop the heart… to preserve a dead body… They are registered with us under various categories, but they are almost certainly poisons. And why?

Me: If I intentionally and regularly feed or inject my child with these substances, I am obviously putting my daughter in danger… But what would happen to me legally?

Him: Strange question… But you’d probably be charged with criminal negligence… perhaps with intent to kill… and, of course, child abuse… Your child would be taken away from you… Do you know anyone who does that to their child? That’s criminal…

Me: An industry… These are the ingredients used in vaccines… With binding agents to ensure the body doesn’t flush them out… To keep antibody levels high indefinitely…

The man was thrilled. He asked me if I would email him all this information. He wanted to share it with his adult children, who are parents. He was horrified and felt terrible for not knowing… his children are vaccinated and have health problems…

Here are just a few vaccine ingredients found in routine vaccines:

Formaldehyde/Formalin – Highly toxic systematic poison and carcinogen.

Betapropiolactone – Toxic chemical and carcinogenic. May cause death/permanent damage after very brief exposure to small amounts. Corrosive chemical.

Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide – May cause damage to the liver, cardiovascular system, and central nervous system. May impair reproduction and cause birth defects.

Aluminum hydroxide, aluminum phosphate, and aluminum salts – Neurotoxin. Poses a risk of long-term brain inflammation/swelling, neurological disorders, autoimmune diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and autism. It enters the brain, where it remains indefinitely.

Thimerosal (mercury) – Neurotoxin. Causes cell damage, reduces oxidation-reduction activity, cell degeneration, and cell death. Associated with neurological disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and autism.

Polysorbate 80 & 20 – Penetrates the blood-brain barrier, carrying aluminum, thimerosal, and viruses, allowing them to enter the brain.

Glutaraldehyde – Toxic chemical used as a disinfectant for heat-sensitive medical devices.

Fetal bovine serum – Derived from bovine fetuses removed from pregnant cows before slaughter.

Human diploid fibroblast cells – Aborted fetal cells. Foreign DNA has the ability to interact with our own.

African green monkey kidney cells – May carry the cancer-causing SV-40 virus, which has infected approximately 30 million Americans.

Acetone – Can cause kidney, liver, and nerve damage. Escherichia coli – Yes, you read that right.

DNA from porcine circovirus type 1

Human embryonic lung cell cultures (from aborted fetuses).

“You can view all of these ingredients on the CDC website” – well, almost all of them. Some are omitted from the package insert from the outset: so-called “trace substances” below a certain detection limit, because they are considered medically insignificant. Others may remain confidential if “trade secrets” need to be protected; they are then disclosed only to regulatory authorities, and in all public documents, such as package inserts and product information sheets, they may be redacted or generalized.

Does the right prevail?

Because parents generally have no idea about these ingredients and remain uninformed at the vaccination appointment, “informed consent” actually only occurs in very rare cases – in fact, a millionfold violation of the law every day. In Germany, a doctor’s comprehensive duty to provide information before medical procedures – including vaccinations – is strictly regulated by law.

What constitutes “proper information”? Before vaccination, parents must:

– Understand the nature and purpose of the vaccination

– Be aware of possible side effects – even rare ones

– Be informed about vaccination alternatives (if available)

– Be given time to decide (no pressure!)

– Information must be provided verbally – information leaflets alone are not sufficient. (1)

If a doctor fails to do so, either in whole or in part, this can have serious legal consequences, especially if vaccine injury occurs.

Regarding the civil law consequences: If information was not provided or was inadequate, the consent of the parents or guardians is legally invalid. This makes the vaccination considered bodily harm (Section 823 of the German Civil Code). The doctor can be sued for damages and compensation for pain and suffering. Subsequent costs, such as those for therapy and care, can also be claimed. If the doctor acted with “gross negligence,” his professional liability insurance could refuse to pay – in which case he would have to cover the damages out of his own pocket.

In addition, there is a risk of criminal consequences: fines or up to five years imprisonment – even with “good intentions” if proper information was not provided.

The relevant medical association can also take disciplinary measures – from a reprimand or reprimand to fines and even a professional ban.

That’s the legal situation in principle. (2) How helpful it actually is for victims in individual cases is illustrated by a case heard before the Dresden Higher Regional Court. A mother sued a pediatrician because, in her opinion, the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccination caused allergies and atopic dermatitis in her daughter; the doctor had not adequately informed her of the potential risks. However, the court concluded that there was no causal connection between the vaccination and the child’s health problems and dismissed the lawsuit. How did the court know this? It relied on the current state of scientific research – and this stems primarily from pharmaceutical-funded studies.

Among the few law firms specializing in medical law in Germany that represent clients in cases of vaccine injury to assert claims for damages and compensation for pain and suffering are Steinbock & Partner (with 10 locations nationwide, including Munich, Bamberg, and Gotha), as well as Lattorf in Cologne and Aachen. “Those affected report that they were called into the treatment room to see the doctor administering the vaccination in a kind of mass processing, who briefly explained that they should take it easy and that redness at the injection site, exhaustion, and possibly even a fever could occur,” reports the Steinbock law firm. “However, this has nothing to do with proper vaccination information.” This “can therefore hardly be accomplished in less than 20 minutes, since the potential long-term damage must also be explained.”

“It is often claimed that there are no vaccine injuries with serious consequences at all,” explains attorney Christian Lattorf. However, it can be assumed that “patients who have actually been harmed by a vaccination are less likely to seek legal advice due to the difficulty of providing evidence, and such cases are unlikely to become public.”

Advice and assistance, which do not require a three-digit hourly fee according to the German Lawyers’ Fee Schedule, can be found by affected parents from the Federal Association of Vaccine Victims (Bundesverein Impfgeschädigter e.V.) and from Doctors for Individual Vaccination Decisions (Ärztinnen und Ärzte für Individuell Impfentscheidung e.V.). In some regions, self-help groups for parents of children with vaccine injuries exist – they can be found through the National Contact and Information Center for the Promotion and Support of Self-Help Groups (NAKOS).

Around 5,500 pediatricians and adolescent medicine specialists work in practices or medical care centers in Germany. On average, a pediatrician performs 5 to 50 vaccinations per day, depending on the location and size of the practice. (3) Multiplied by approximately 240 practice days per year, according to Adam Riese, this results in: Between January and December, German children have to endure 6.6 to 66 million “pricks.”

How many “pricks” are strictly speaking a crime? Most.

How many pediatricians would, therefore, be criminals? The majority.

How many prosecutors, judges, and medical associations care about this? The incidence is close to zero.

Notes

(1) The Federal Court of Justice clarified this in its ruling of February 15, 2000. (Case No. VI ZR 48/99.) In the case of a doctor who failed to adequately inform parents about rare risks before administering a live polio vaccination, the Federal Court of Justice ruled: Even routine vaccinations require comprehensive information. Simply using leaflets is not sufficient; a personal doctor-patient consultation is essential. Failure to provide such information can lead to claims for damages.
